    Ron is one of the co-founders of PT Mechanical Group and is responsible for the strategic decisions that impact both the construction and service divisions and plans that dictate the future direction of the business.

    After his years in Local 420 Steamfitters Ron joined Fluidics in 1980 as a foreman. Rising through the ranks, Ron had the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. In 2003 Ron became a joint owner of Fluidics. In 2014 Ron was named President & CEO of the company.

    Ron attended West Point’s CPP program and continued his leadership development with Penn State’s Executive and Engineering programs.

    Believing that with success comes responsibility Ron co-created the PT Mechanical Charitable Foundation with Rich Cooper in 2018. The Foundation has been able to directly contribute to several worthwhile organizations.

    Since joining Pro-Tech in 2010 as President, Richard Cooper has lead the company’s transformation from a local New Jersey solar EPC firm to a nationally recognized, full service provider. He has grown the company from six to more than forty employees and expanded the company’s capabilities to self-perform all aspects of a solar project.

    A lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Cooper founded his first company at the age of 18. With more than 25 years of business experience in the financial, venture capital and energy sectors, his broad scope of knowledge and experiences give him unique qualifications to guide PT Mechanical Group’s path forward.

    Mr. Cooper holds a business administration degree from Rutgers University and completed his CEM certification in 2009.

    Mr. Skoultchi has over 35 years of experience in positions of leadership and authority in the energy and engineering field.

    As a recognized expert in the engineering field Barry has provided expert testimony on multiple litigation matters.  Most recently he has been personally involved with securing approvals and financially modeling a portfolio of solar energy assets in Massachusetts with a market value of more than $250 million.   Mr. Skoultchi serves on the Board of Managers of Pro-Tech Energy Solutions, LLC, a leading solar energy development and construction firm.

    Mr. Skoultchi holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Utah, Rhode Island, Maryland, Massachusetts and Florida.

    Ed Guzak has over 22 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, gaining hands-on experience in the field as a union Steamfitter. Ed has served in various roles during his career, including
    foreman, general foreman, superintendent, estimator, and project manager.

    In 2018, Ed joined the team at PT Mechanical as Vice President of Construction where he coordinates and oversees pre-construction, commercial construction projects, and ensures development and
    implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. Ed takes great satisfaction in determining the vision and needs of each client to bring their project to successful completion.
